How long does it take to go live?
Most restaurants are taking orders the same week. If you send a menu we'll load it for you rather than leaving you to type it in.
Do I need to change my card processor?
No. Payments run on your own Stripe account and payouts land where they already do. Nothing routes through us.
What does it cost?
Nothing per month. There is one plan, it costs your restaurant $0, and a small service fee rides on the customer's order instead - usually $1 to $2, shown to them before they pay. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
I'm already a customer and something is broken.
Log in and use the Support tab on your dashboard. Tickets filed there arrive attached to your account and your order history, which is quite a lot faster than starting from scratch here.
